Handling complaints and resolving disputes related to transactions of financial instruments

We have joined the Japan Investment Advisors Association since October 2010 in favor of the purpose of the Financial Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) system to protect customers through smooth complaint handling and dispute resolution.
We handle complaints and resolve disputes through the mediation provided by the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC) to which the Association outsources complaint handling and dispute resolution.
