Tomoya is in charge of buyout investments in business succession projects at ACA Ltd., responsible for the entire process from sourcing to exit.

Before joining ACA, Tomoya was engaged in asset consulting and M&A advisory work at a financial institution. He later worked in corporate management at M3, Inc. and was involved in business investment operations at DeNA Co., Ltd.

Tomoya graduated from the University of Tokyo (B.A. in Economics).
