ACA Group and its management, employees, and other related parties handle personal information in full compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations.

In handling personal information, ACA endeavors to protect personal information through ceaseless improvements, as well as through the following activities:

● Employee training;
● Appropriate measures designed to prevent the loss of, damage to, unauthorized alteration of, or leakage of personal information.

ACA handles personal information solely within the scope needed to fulfill the following purposes:

●　To identify and examine candidates for investments, and make decisions on whether or not to actually make investments
●　To provide management support to companies in which ACA has invested
●　To provide advisory services and ancillary operations
●　To appropriately undertake operations subcontracted by other operating or other companies for all or part of such operations involving the handling of personal information
●　As otherwise needed to deal with customers appropriately and smoothly.
Except when such disclosure is permitted under laws or regulations, ACA shall not disclose or provide personal information concerning its customers to any third party without the consent of the individual in question.

When so requested by the individual in question, ACA shall take appropriate measures, including providing notification of the purpose of use of the personal information within a reasonable scope, the disclosure, correction, addition, or cessation of use of such information.
